Policy

A 20% deposit is required upon booking and the trip balance will be paid on trip date before departure.

Deposits are full refundable up to 7 days prior to the trip date. Deposits are 50% refundable within 6 days prior to the trip date, please send email to shengrilayacht@gamil.com with order number for your cancellation. Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions are decided by Captain, then there are two options of a full refund or a reschedule.

We accept payment by cash, credit card, paypal, e-transfer, WeChat Pay.
